Our theme is to pair raw scallop with sake. The distinctive Marigold and nutty flavor of the Amabuki will pair with the bright and citrusy blood orange infused ponzu accompannied by the creaminess of our high quality Scallop Sashimi topped w EVOO.
The name Amabuki Marigold comes from the unique fermentation process that uses Marigold yeast.
