Omachi on Giralda is a 70% seimaibuai with Omachi rice from Isbell Farms; we use yellow Koji & Miami water with sake yeast #9 to create a beautifully balanced medium to full bodied sake that is overflowing with aromatics and flavor from the combination of ingredients we used. This is a melon forward/dry sake that coats the palate with all of the flavors described.

Junmai Ginjo

Elegant fruity aroma like apple and juicy umami taste with small fine bubble.

Junmai Daiginjo

With a lower alcohol content of around 14%, this sake is light and smooth with fresh, fruity aromas. Made from Yamagata’s Dewa Sansan rice polished to 50%, it offers a clean, gentle profile that’s especially welcoming for those new to sake.
